Join Derbyshire Toy Libraries at Glebe Field Centre for a relaxed Stay & Play session packed with quality toys, play activities and friendly faces. Perfect for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, and ideal if you'd like a gentle start to the week.

What happens at Crich Stay & Play

Every session is set up with a wide range of carefully chosen toys and activities to support your child's development through play. You can expect:

• A baby area with soft mats, sensory toys and age-appropriate play
• Ride-ons, construction toys and small-world play for busy toddlers
• Role-play and imaginative toys for preschoolers to act out the world around them
• Simple craft or messy play activities to help little ones explore new textures
• Space to sit, chat and enjoy a hot drink while your child plays nearby

You're free to join in, sit back and watch, or follow your child's lead — whatever feels right for you both on the day.

• Time: 9:30–11:00am
• Price: £4 per child, payable on arrival (cash or card) — under 6 months free; £1 per additional sibling or adult
• Booking: reserving your place on Eventbrite is free — it simply saves your spot and helps us manage numbers

You don't need to be a member to come along, and you're welcome to try a session before deciding if you'd like to come regularly.
